Nihon Matai Co., Ltd. and Howa Sangyo Co., Ltd. join as Takigawa Corporation Shareholders

Effective October 3rd., Rengo transfers 15% each of its shares of Takigawa Corporation Japan to Howa Sangyo Co., Ltd. and Nihon Matai Co., Ltd. The shareholding percentage to our company changes to 70% for Rengo, 15% for Nihon Matai and 15% for Howa Sangyo.

Takigawa Corporation joins Rengo Group

We wish to announce that Takigawa Corporation Japan, including two related companies (Converting Technologies Co., Ltd., and Takigawa Corporation Singapore Pte. Ltd. ) and subsidiaries Takigawa Corporation Vietnam (TCV), Takigawa Corporation America (TCA), and Nissio Gravure Co., Ltd., have transferred 100% of issued shares to Rengo Co., Ltd. and became a part of the Rengo group.

Solar power panels were installed
